Generally, sexual fantasies form the basis of quite a lot of sexual acts. People imagine scenarios in their head which would be ideal to achieve satisfactory sexual pleasure.

A lot of times, these fantasies do not align with popular opinions of what sex should be. You know, what is considered ‘normal’ sexual activity between two heterosexual people.

Sexual fantasies could be mild; the kind of acts that can be gotten from a consenting partner without much fuss or even the slightest raise of an eyebrow.

On the other hand, some are considered really wild, and in some cases, perverse. People who have fantasies of acts such as threesomes, same-sex sex and sadomasochism fall under this category.

The question now is; how possible is it for partners to share their fantasies and play them out, especially in serious relationships?

Of course, married people have sexual fantasies too. Does it make sense to speak about these and seek to fulfil them in a marriage?
